Stretches are an integral part of your daily routine. Stretches help keep your muscles loose, relaxed, strong and long, to help you maintain your flexibility, balance, co-ordination, and confidence.

Make sure you find time each day, especially after you’ve been for a walk or been in the garden, or just when you wake up in the morning, to do your stretches. We’ve given you some ideas below.
